Our Culture

HealthSpring will now own and operate Medicare Advantage plans in 11 states and Washington D.C., and offers a national stand-alone Medicare prescription drug plan to members in 47 states. In most of our locations, we offer a business casual environment and allow for casual attire on Fridays. Certain positions or locations may call for company issued uniforms.

HealthSpring typically operates during a work week of Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. However, some areas offer various schedules depending on departmental needs. During our peak season (Open Enrollment and Annual Enrollment), additional shifts and extended schedules may be implemented.
